Mondays are for Leg Day, 50 minutes HIIT Group Classes, focusing on lower body strength, toning, and conditioning. You will work on quadriceps, hamstrings, gastrocnemius, adductors, and the gluteus maximus and minimus. Take your Leg Day workout to the next level!
Tuesday we work on upper body. We are targeting chest, back and triceps. 50 minutes of strength and conditioning upper body that you will feel it on Wednesday. Pushing Limits, and Pulling Results!
Wednesday is full body strength and conditioning day. This 50 minute full body workout is intended to keep your heart rate pumping, tapping into fat stores, and flushing out any soreness built up from Monday and Tuesday. Get ready to sweat and elevate your conditioning game !
Thursday is Booty Day! Targeting hamstrings, gastrocnemius, adductors, and the gluteus maximus and minimus. 50 minutes of strength training designed to be make you sore on booty for days. Achieve the perfectly sculped glutes you’ve always dreamed of.
Friday is upper body & core day. Targeted muscles are shoulders, biceps & triceps, of course we can’t forget about your abs, so we added this important body part to the mix. Make your guns ready for the weekend!
Saturday is full body strength and conditioning day. The workouts are as intense as you would like them to be….there’s something for everyone. Expect a total body workout including all muscle groups. You will burn a lot of calories on this one. We make you sweaty and ready to enjoy your guilt free Saturday night.
